Neighborhood Watch Meeting
"Do You Know Your Neighbor?"
30 Apr 2008
Safe neighborhoods are places where most of the people know each other. They know the children and family members that belong there. They have an idea of who lives in each house. Most importantly, these neighbors call you or HAWL Security when suspicious activities occur.
All of the above factors are the enemy of common vandals, thieves, and drug-related problems. This type of neighborhood has less crime, less vandalism. This neighborhood is a "Neighborhood Watch" area. Do you wish to live in the neighborhood described above? You can!
Hide-A-Way Lake is starting a Neighborhood Watch program in cooperation with the Pearl River County Sheriff's Office and with the support of other communites that have this program. The next meeting will be on:
Tuesday, May 13 at 5:30 p.m. downstairs at the Lodge.
Please attend. The support of all residents is needed.
