Any property owner using fireworks must abide by the following rules:

1. The use of fireworks is permissible only on December 31st, January 1st, July 4th, and July 5th.  


2. Due to the potential of fire, the shooting of fireworks, commonly referred to as "bottle" or "sky" rockets, or similar projectiles are prohibited.
