Construction in HAWL can be perfomed during the hours of 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM Monday - Friday.  Construction work is prohibited on Sundays and all holidays.  Saturday construction work is only permitted if prior arrangements are made with the office.  Property owners, please communicate with the office for any type of construction.
