Beginning Tuesday, January 2, 2007, Mr. Leo and his maintenance crew will crank open the valve on the lake to begin its lowering.  A building permit is required for any new dock, bulkhead or structural change to an existing dock or bulkhead.  The Architectural Committee meets the 2nd & 4th Thursday of each month.  Valve will be closed no later than February 26, 2007.
