Effective with the December 25, 2006 billing statement, the Board of Directors of Hide A-Way Lake Club, Inc. approved the implementation of a $12.00 late charge assessment in addition to the 1.5% finance charge on all property owners' billing statements who fails to make their monthly payments on time.
