· Kent Whitfield’s CPA firm is continuing with the year end audit and financial statistics. He will recap the audit at February’s meeting.

· December’s statement (due January 25, 2012) will have a $2.00 increase in the operational fee. This increase is based upon the Social Security Administration CPI for 2012 of 3.6%.  HAWL’s resolution on this, which was approved in July 2005, puts a maximum of 3%.

· In December, our Maintenance Department finished an interior renovation project at the West Marina restrooms.

· For safety precautions, a new street light was added at the intersection of East Lakeshore Drive and Southgate.
