Welcome to Waters Edge Community Connection!
Easter Sunday is just around the corner. Have you decided you don't want to spend your day with family in the kitchen? Then why not come have Easter Buffet with us and let us do all the work? The Easter Buffet will be held on April 4, 2010 and will have two seatings available. The first seating will take place from 11:00 am-12:30 pm and the second seating will take place from 1:00 pm-2:30 pm. The buffet will offer a variety of items that are sure to please the entire family! The cost of the buffet is only $16.95 for Adults, $8.95 for Children 12 and under, and FREE for Children 4 and under. Reservations are required, and must be made by March 29, 2010. Picayune On Stage is back for another great show! Don't miss this play! Several HAWL residents will be appearing in Squabbles and HAWL resident, Gladys Hughes, will be directing. Come support your local celebrities as they present another night of entertainment for you pleasure. Picayune On Stage is back for a dinner theater with a hilarious play that pits a father-in-law against a mother in a comedic succession of squabbles. Jerry Sloan is a successful writer of advertising jingles and is married to an equally successful lawyer. Living with the happy couple is the not so happy Abe Dreyfus, Jerry's curmudgeon of a father-in-law. Abe is a funny guy to the audience, not to Jerry. The situation is exacerbated when Jerry's mother, Mildred, loses her house in a fire and needs a place to stay. Abe and Mildred can't stand each other. This play is one hilarious confrontation after another.
This play will be held at Waters Edge Restaurant on Friday, April 16th and Saturday, April 17th. The doors open at 6:00 pm, dinner begins at 6:30 pm, and the play begins at 8:00 pm. The cost to attend is $33.30 per person (includes tax and gratuity). Make your reservations today by calling the HAWL Office at 601-798-1484. Reservations must be made by April 9, 2010.
