Our party brochure is designed to acquaint you, the club member, with current policies and procedures in arranging a special function with your Club. A successful party results from careful planning by the host and Manager.
You may rest assured that when the party contract is signed, you have received the very best price possible consistent with present market conditions. Our party brochure has been very carefully planned and organized to provide the widest latitude of prices and services. Prices, services and programs, as published, are not negotiable and are subject to adjustments without notice. Try as we may, it is just not possible to foresee every request. Therefore, we will be happy to work with you on special requirements and provide a quote for any item not included in this brochure.

PARTY PLANNING
Only members, their dependents, and guests may use our facilities. The member assumes responsibility for payment of goods or services provided to the guest. We must have a signed permission form from the sponsoring property owner prior to event given by a guest. Damage to Club property occurring during special functions is the responsibility of the member.
Room capacity limit is 200 guests.
No food may be brought into the Club from outside sources, with the exception of a Wedding Cake or other “special dessert” (i.e. birthday cake). Room rental does not include catering of the food. Children under 10 years old are free.
At the time of reservation, a deposit of $300.00 is required to hold the date. Deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is made less than 90 days prior to reserved date.
Prices: All goods and services are priced on present costs and therefore are subject to change without notice. Once we have confirmed a price and the party agreements have been finalized, prices will not be changed. You will be charged for the number of guests you book on the agreement unless there are additional guests which attend who were not counted in the original agreement. Payment for the additional guests is expected within seven business days after which time, the outstanding balance will be charged to the sponsoring property owner’s account.
Music: You may provide your own music if you desire. You may contract with a band, combo, or D.J. or bring music (CDs) which can be played through the restaurant intercomsystem. Any entertainment, musical or non-musical, must be approved by the Club Manager prior to their appearance. Arrangements must be made with the band to close down early enough to bepacked and out by 1:00 a.m. If for some reason you must remain after 1:00 a.m. an additional $200.00 per hour will be charged. Any portions of an hour will be charged for a full hour.
RECEPTIONS
Main Dining Room, white table skirts, equipment, serving staff, etc. - $250.00.
Prices quoted are for three hours. After three hours rent is $175.00 per hour. Any portion of an hour will be charged for a full hour.
Bar Room (smaller room upstairs) - $125.00 - 3 hours
Game Room (downstairs) - $75.00 - 3 hours
Board Room (downstairs) - $75.00 - 3 hours
If the Wedding,in addition to the Reception, is to be held at Hide-A-Way Lake, a set-up fee of $100.00 will be charged. This fee includes an additional hour for the combined events. Note: If ceremonies are to be included in the function we suggest that the waitress/waiter be permitted to clear the table first.Security for all events of 100 or more guests at a rate of $20 an hour to include the hour prior to, during the event as well as an hour afterwards is mandatory.
15% service charge and 7% tax will be added to total price of food and beverages but not on the room rental. Bar Set-up fee is $200.00 and includes glasses, mixers, etc. You have to provide the alcohol as well as securing a Bartender.
Arrangements to have individuals come in to do decorating of the room or rooms will be made through the chef with attention to the regular restaurant serving schedule. No wall anchoring of any type will be allowed i.e. tape, tacks, nails, etc.
ATTENTION: A PRINTED, ALPHABETIZED LIST OF ALL GUEST MUST BE GIVEN TO SECURITY AND THE PARTY DIRECTOR. ANY GUEST NOT ON LIST MAY HAVE TROUBLE ENTERING HAWL PROPERTY.
