On May 27^th and 28^th a trial was held in Pearl River Circuit Court to determine if HAWL residents have the right to use the Southgate for ingress and egress.  The City of Picayune opposed our use of the gate except in emergency situations. Circuit Court Judge Prentiss Harrell ruled in favor of HAWL and found that HAWL residents do have the right to exit the Southgate onto Cooper Road! The Court has placed some limitations on our use of the gate but our attorney will be working out these details with the City of Picayune within the next twenty days and we will be providing those details to everyone.
