Canasta...
Join in the fun of Canasta. The group meets the 4th Thursday of the month at the HAWL Lodge at 10:00 am with lunch at 1:00 pm. Contact Ms. Mickey Jackson at 504-606-4862 for more information.

Dulcimer Club…
An organized group in the HAWL community devoted to learning to play the mountain dulcimer will meet in the downstairs Lodge conference room on Mondays from 10:00 am – 12:00 noon.  Beginners/learners and all levels of musical ability welcomed and encouraged. Low Intensity Aerobics…
Low Intensity Aerobics: Stretching, Strength Training. No floor exercise. Beginning on Monday, October 15, 2018, classes will be held at the fire station on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:15 am and 8:30 am. Please note, the 8:30 am class will also include low intensity dance aerobics. Anyone interested should contact Ann Israel (601-798-6335) concerning the 7:15 am  class and Donna James (601-590-1792) concerning the 8:30 am class.

Garden Club…

Ladies BUNCO Group….
The HAWL Ladies BUNCO group is looking for some new, enthusiastic members. The group meets one afternoon per month in members’ homes for fun and sociability. For information, call Patricia Martin at 601-832-0786.

Pinochle…
WANTED: Pinochle players. We will teach you! Pinochle is played Friday mornings at 10:00 am at the Lodge. Do not need to commit to play every Friday. Fun, friendly, forgetful group. Come try it! Call Ann Israel at 601-798-6335 for more information.

Water Aerobics and Exercise...
Are you ready to shed inches, gain range of motion, and increase flexibility? The constant, natural resistance of water incorporated with the latest techniques for strengthening and cardiovascular training will have you feeling results after only a few classes! This is the perfect workout for overworked knees, elbows, and shoulders. Best of all, the classes are FREE, so what do you have to lose? Classes will be held on Tuesday - Friday at 7:00 am and 8:00 am beginning May 15, 2018 through mid-October. These classes are for adults only and anyone interested should contact Mary Ohrmundt (228-363-3557) concerning the 7:00 am class and Bonnie Hughes (601-799-1714) concerning the 8:00 am class. 

A Water Exercise and Recipes class for adults is held on Tuesday - Sunday in the evenings from 7:00 pm - 9:15 pm through the end of October. For more information, contact Irene Herring at 601-337-0024.

Yoga...
Open to all skill levels, whether you're a beginner or an expert. Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays at the fire station at 8:00 am and 9:00 am.
