Thursday Lunch (11:00 am - 2:00 pm)
Roasted Pork Sandwich - thinly sliced pork loin placed on a Kaiser bun then dressed with caramelized onions and Swiss cheese. This is joined by your choose of a small salad, cup of soup, or French fries. $7.95
Friday Lunch (11:00 am - 2:00 pm)
Popcorn Seafood Salad - a bed of fresh salad greens topped with popcorn shrimp and crawfish tails fried to a golden brown or sautéed. This is finished with your choice of dressing. $8.95
Waters Edge Happy Hour will take place Friday night in the Lakeview Room from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. We hope you will join us for light food, relaxed company, and conversations with your friends and neighbors.
Friday Dinner* (5:00 pm - 8:30 pm)
Grilled Grouper - a fresh filet of fish flame kissed then placed on a bed of garden vegetables and topped with a tangy wasabi cream. $13.95
10 oz. New York Strip - cut to order Angus beef, flame kissed to your temperature of choice then served with vegetable and potato of choice. $14.95

Saturday Breakfast (8:00 am - 10:30 am)

Waters Edge will be hosting a Valentine’s Day Dinner, so surprise that special someone with a night of great food! The chef will be featuring a unique menu for this exceptional occasion.
The menu for the night will include:

Entrée Choices
Sesame Crusted Tuna on a Bed of Citrus and Ginger Risotto, then Finished with a Balsamic Reduction

Flame-Kissed 6 oz. Beef Tenderloin Tournedos Seated on Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Topped with Two Sauces, a Traditional Bordelaise on One and Béarnaise on the Other

THE THREE CHARMERS OF NEW ORLEANS RETURN TO TICKLE YOUR FUNNY BONE AT WATERS EDGE ON Saturday, March 3, 2012, with another GREAT show for a night full of laughs!
Featuring some new and familiar material!
The cost to attend is $35.00 per person, which includes event ticket, dinner, and dessert. The cost is broken down as follows:
Ticket - $20.00 and Restaurant - $15.00 (includes tax & tip)
Please remember, the meal and ticket cannot be purchased separately.
The menu for the night will include: grilled chicken with mushroom sauce, roasted potatoes, green beans, and dessert.

Hide-A-Way Lake Social Committee is hosting a Ladies Luncheon and Local Business Fair in Waters Edge Restaurant on March 14, 2012, from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. Local businesses will be at Waters Edge restaurant in order to showcase their goods and services. All guests will be served a light lunch. There will also be 10 games of bingo for guests’ participation. There is a $12.00 per person charge (tax & tip incorporated), which includes lunch and the bingo games. Be sure to get here early; shopping begins at 10:00 am and the Bingo games begin at 11:00 am.
Please remember, reservations are required and must be made by March 7, 2012, for this event. There must be a minimum of 40 participants signed up in order to have this event, so make your reservations today by calling the HAWL office at 601-798-1484.
