HAWL is currently hiring lifeguards. 
HAWL is hiring lifeguards for the 2026 pool season, running from mid-May to the end of September with flexible, part-time positions available. Applicants must be at least 15 years old and either have current lifeguard certification or complete a lifeguard certification course. Applicants must be physically fit and able to swim. HAWL is looking for individuals who demonstrate reliability, punctuality, initiative, effective communication and teamwork skills, strong work ethic, and all essential attributes of a lifeguard. As a lifeguard, assertiveness and ability to project your voice clearly in loud environments is required. HAWL welcomes applicants who can exhibit critical thinking and problem solving skills, leadership abilities, capability to follow rules and procedures, and customer service skills.
