While the restaurant was closed, our kitchen had maintenance done including painting, cleaning, and installing new ceiling tile. Contractor Mississippi Fire and Safety, Inc. completed installation of a new kitchen exhaust fan. The new one is made of stainless steel and has two fans with an automatic fire suppression and is more energy efficient.  A new 36” flat top grill was purchased from Atosa Equipment. All of these upgrades have made a great improvement to our kitchen’s appearance and safety. Come enjoy a great dining experience with the great Waters Edge staff.
