HAWL would like to thank our community in their participation in the Open House for Waters Edge. Waters Edge Restaurant will be opening back up Thursday, January 22, 2026.
Charbroiled oysters night will be on Saturday, January 31, 2026 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Waters Edge Restaurant. Contact the HAWL Office at 601-798-1484 to make reservations. See below for more details.

Charbroiled Oysters

Enjoy charbroiled oysters with bread and lemons. $19.99 for a dozen or $9.99 for a half dozen. While the special is only available from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Waters Edge will be open with the full menu until 8:00 pm. For ordering purposes, reservations are requested for oysters no later than Wednesday, January 28, 2026. Contact the HAWL Office at 601-798-1484. Don’t miss out on this delicious special!
Mardi Gras Golf Cart Parade
Saturday, February 7, 2026 Line Up: 1:00 pm; Parade: 2:00 pm
Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 2:00 pm the Mardi Gras Golf Cart parade will roll through HAWL along East and West Lakeshore. Interested in being in the parade? Text Tina Stockstill at 601-590-4262 to join. Line up begins at 1:00 pm at the Lodge. All participating golf carts must have a current HAWL decal. Throws will be handed out to the crowd, not thrown in order to prevent litter and to keep our community beautiful.

Valentine’s Day Dinner

Saturday, February 14, 2026, Waters Edge is hosting a Valentine’s Day Dinner from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Be sure to surprise your valentine with an evening of delicious food and dancing to LIVE MUSIC performed by David Delcambre! The menu will include: Either a petite filet (5 oz) with a cold water, butter poached Maine lobster tail or a domestic red snapper topped with lump crab meat and gulf shrimp in a lemon and caper cream sauce. Both entrees are joined by roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus, salad, and dessert. The cost of the meal is $29.99 per person. For ordering purposes, reservations are requested no later than February 9, 2026, by calling the HAWL Office at 601-798-1484.
Family Dinner Night

Saturday, February 21, 2026, Waters Edge will host Family Dinner Night from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. With the purchase of an adult entrée, kids 13 years and younger eat free from the Kids Menu. Along with the full menu, family friendly specials will be offered. In addition to dinner, Magician
Jim Chester will be in Main Dining Room from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm.
Karaoke Night

On Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, enjoy a Sausage Sample Platter grilled on the Restaurant’s deck. In addition to the full menu, enjoy your choice of three sausages from bratwurst, alligator, green onion, as well as other specialties served with grilled squash and zucchini joined by baked beans for $11.99. St. Patrick’s Day

Waters Edge is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day on Sunday, March 15, 2026, with lunch from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm. In addition to the full menu, enjoy a classic Rueben sandwich with corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on marbled rye bread with 1,000 island dressing served with smothered cabbage and potatoes for $10.99. Bingo and Buffet Night

The Social Committee is hosting a Bingo and Buffet Night with fun and prizes at Waters Edge on Saturday, March 21, 2026, for $15.00 per person. Buffet: 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm; bingo 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm. This family friendly event is open to everyone 12 years and older, however; players 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Reservations are requested and can be made by calling the HAWL Office at 601-798-1484. Seating is first come, first serve.
Breakfast with the East Bunny and Egg Hunt
Saturday, March 28, 2026 Breakfast: 8:00 am – 10:30 am; Egg Hunt: 10:30 am
Waters Edge will be hosting a breakfast buffet (served by staff) including an omelet station and a drink on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 8:00 am - 10:30 am. The cost is $14.99 for Adults, $7.99 for Children 5 - 12, and free for Children 4 and Under. The Easter Bunny will be walking around meeting children at their tables. After breakfast, elementary school aged children will have the opportunity to meet the Easter Bunny and participate in an Easter Egg Hunt at 10:30 am at the outside area of the Lodge. If you would like to donate wrapped candy (no bubble gum or chocolate please), small toys/stuffed animals, or plastic Easter eggs, please drop them off at the HAWL Office.
